​Can I exchange or return my products?

If your product is in stock, we will gladly do an exchange or refund. Shipping costs for the return depend on the reason for the return. For issues with customized products, please email info@southislandcrafts.com and we will do our best to resolve any issues or provide a refund. How much from each t-shirt is donated to the named charity?

Donation amounts are listed in the product description for each item.​

What is your usual turn around time for orders?

Generally 3 days. If there will be an exception, we will notify you ASAP.

Where do I go to pick up my order?

When you are notified your order is ready, you can pick it up from the grey bin on the front step at 5668 South Island Park Drive in Manotick. Pickup is contactless.

When will my mask be ready?

Your masks are made just for you. It will take 4-5 days from the time of your order until you mask is shipped or it is ready to be picked up.​ If there any delays, we will notify you right away.

 

 

Do I have to shop online through your website?

If you would prefer not to use online ordering or are having an issue placing your order online, please email info@southislandcrafts.com to order and pay by etransfer.​
