Will these face masks protect me from getting a virus?​ Will they protect others?

These masks are non-medical so they are designed to provide protection to the people around you. For more information about non-medical masks, visit Public Health Canada.

​Can you ship masks?

Yes. When you checkout, you will be asked to choose whether you want to pick up your mask or have it shipped. You will be offered prices for expedited or regular shipping. Expedited shipping is via Purolator. Regular shipping is via Canada Post. Due to heavy volumes we cannot provide delivery timelines. We can provide tracking information so you can follow the progress of your shipment.

Where do I go to pick up my masks?

When you are notified your mask is ready, you can pick it up from 5668 South Island Park Drive in Manotick. Pickup is contactless.

When will my mask be ready?

Your masks are made just for you. It will take 4-5 days from the time of your order until you mask is shipped or it is ready to be picked up.​ If there any delays, we will notify you right away.

Do you ship everyday?

 Yes. We mail masks the same day they are ready.

How do I wash my mask?

​Your masks are made from 3 layers: cotton, non-woven interfacing and cotton flannel. The cotton fabrics are new (no recycled fabrics), prewashed/preshrunk. Machine or hand wash your masks after every use. Hang or tumble try warm. Before each wearing, check your mask to make sure the wire at the top of the mask is safely tucked inside the fabric.


Do you make different sized masks?

All our masks are regular adult size. If you need a smaller or larger size or a mask for a child (over 2 years of age), please let us know in the comments and we will adjust the size for you at no extra charge.


Do I have to shop online through your website?

If you would prefer not to use online ordering, please email to order and pay by etransfer.​

​Can I exchange or return my products?

No. For safety and hygiene reasons, masks are not returnable or refundable. If you are not happy with the quality of your mask or any other product, please email and we will do our best to resolve any issues or provide a refund. Shipping costs are not refundable.
